The primary goal of ANSA is to train members to become competent crew or skippers of off-shore capable vessels 35' or larger. Most of ANSA hands-on training occurs on a 44' Caribbean Sailing Yacht. The Parklawn Sailing Association (PSA) is a nonprofit, recreational sailing club of 60 members with three well-equipped, comfortable sail boats - a Catalina 34', a Hunter 34' and an Express 30'.  PSA's boats are docked at the West River Yacht Harbour in Galesville, MD, 15 miles south of Annapolis.
